Return & Refund Policy

At Venue Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 8-15 Days of delivery

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be in the original packaging with tags intact

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Timeframe

You must request a return within 3 from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at venue with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • There Should be a proper video.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 2-3of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • Include your order number in your email.

After verification, we will arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including applicable shipping charges)

We aim to resolve such cases as quickly as possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care items (if opened)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
